Here at OceanZen we understand that sizing can be tricky when purchasing online therefore we will happily accept exchanges for wrong sizing however we do not accept refunds. Under strict Australian Consumer Law, swimwear or lingerie are not to be returned or refunded.
However we will accept a return/exchange if the bikini is in absolute perfect condition and has been unworn, unwashed with all tags still in place.
The bikini must be returned within 7 days of purchase for Australian orders and 15 days from International orders. OceanZen is not responsible for return shipping costs.
We make sure that our bikinis are in equisite condition before sending them to our OceanZen girls, therefore we do not offer refunds for faulty bikinis. If you believe your item is faulty - you can email email@example.com.
